Independent Representative Earnings
11.1 Qualification/eligibility
- IRs must have 3 personal customers to qualify for residual income.
- IRs will be paid monthly.
- The minimum monthly payment is $10.00.
- This may consist of residuals, bonuses and/or one time commissions.
11.2 Payment of Commissions, Bonuses and Residuals
All active IRs are automatically eligible to receive monthly bonuses not only on their personally gathered customers, but those in their 8 level downline.
As well, quarterly bonuses are issued based on new customers gathered in each quarter.
Commissions will be issued on sales of other products as they become available
Commissions and bonuses are in Canadian Dollars, and are deposited into the account that the IR designates. Payments will be made mid- month for services paid for in the previous month
11.3 Payment method
All residuals, commissions and bonuses will be paid by direct deposit to the account designated by the IR. A void cheque will be required by MapleLeaf CA in order to facilitate these payments. Send the void cheque to MapleLeaf CA at: 100, Boul. Alexis-Nihon, Bureau 283, St. Laurent PQ H4M 2N
11.4 Definition of Billing for LDU
Commissions related to Long Distance Usage are paid as a percentage based on the amount the customer has been billed. No commissions are paid for service charges, surcharges, taxes or other applicable fees.
11.5 Special Promotions and Incentives
From time to time, MapleLeaf CA may establish promotions, incentives and special programs. In all cases, the IR must meet the requirements of that program or promotion in order to participate. Wherever possible any such requirements will be consistent with these Policies and Procedures. However, at the discretion of MapleLeaf CA , the requirements of any such special program may be inconsistent with these Policies and Procedures.
11.6 Payment errors
If an IR has questions about payments, or believes errors have been made regarding commissions, bonuses or charges, The IR must notify MapleLeaf CA at: 100, Boul. Alexis-Nihon, Bureau 283, St. Laurent PQ H4M 2N7 in writing (via email, fax, or post) within 60 (sixty) days of the date of the error in question. MapleLeaf CA is not responsible for errors or omissions reported to the company after 60 days have elapsed.
