MapleLeaf CA provides to all its IRs access to its website where there is:

1. a Presentation Site can be used for recruiting,
2. a Training Centre where IRs can learn how to build their businesses,
3. a Resource Centre with business building tools,
4. a Forum on which IRs can obtain information about the MapleLeaf CA opportunity,
5. information about MapleLeaf CA ’s products and services.
6. a contact-us link is available to all IRs to ensure that their business needs are fulfilled
7. Policies and Procedures are located here too, for guidelines on building a successful business

5.1 IR Websites

1. Each IR will have their own URL so that their customers and downlines can access information about the services and products that MapleLeaf CA offers as well as a sign-up page for new reps to join. 
2. THE policy does not restrict the IR from having their own personally created website that highlights themselves or summarizes their own business endeavours. However the website may not market MapleLeaf CA in any manner other than providing a link to their personal MapleLeaf CA IR website.
3. IRs may not use any part of MapleLeaf CA ’s name in their domain name (e.g. mymapleleaf business.ca. etc.)

5.2 Downline reports

Downline reports will be available online on the IR’s homesite showing some information about the IR’s own customers. The IR agrees and acknowledges that such information is proprietary and confidential and is transmitted to the IR in confidence. The IR agrees that he/she will not use the information other than for the benefit of MapleLeaf CA and for the purpose of operating the IR position. All IRs agree that organization reports may not be shown, distributed, copied or shared with any other IR. If not for this agreement MapleLeaf CA would not provide the above confidential report.

5.3 Logos and Proprietary Marks

MapleLeaf CA  owns all logos and proprietary marks and these must not be used except with written permission of MapleLeaf CA  Promotional material available on the website for IR’s use will plainly state that it is for their use. They are to be used only in the form available for downloading.
