Telecommunications Privacy

    MapleLeaf CA stresses to its IRs that the privacy and confidentiality of consumer information is essential. IRs will have access only to the information listing their Personal Customers and to the IRs in their own downline. An IR shall not use in any way any information provided by the customer in connection to subscribing to MapleLeaf CA’s services or product. Failure to honour a customer’s privacy concerns may subject the IR to disciplinary action up to and including termination of the IR position.

    In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Act, MapleLeaf has developed corporate privacy policies governing the collection, use and disclosure of personal information relating to IRs and customers. These policies provide and outline of the manner in which MapleLeaf CA and its IRs collect, use and disclose personal information and serve a notice of an individual’s right to limit such collection, use and disclosure. All IRs must agree to be bound by any MapleLeaf CA privacy policy relating to personal information.

It has always been fundamental to the way we do business at MapleLeaf CA Inc that in all our relationships, either on or off the Internet: we are committed to keeping personal information accurate, confidential, secure and private.

    MapleLeaf CA Inc 's policy is that: MapleLeaf CA Inc will collect personal information about you only when you knowingly and willingly provide it, and MapleLeaf CA Inc will not share or otherwise profit from the distribution of personal data beyond the use it was provided i.e.: fulfill of goods or services requested by clients.

    Our practices conform to the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (CAN/CSA - Q830-06) and the Canadian Privacy Act Guidelines.
