- MapleLeaf CA IRs who stray from the corporate material, scripts, or training documentation made available to them by MapleLeaf CA may face consequences that could result in, but are not limited to, legal action, forfeiture of commissions, or termination of the association with MapleLeaf CA.

4.2 IR Training
All IRs need to be trained in order to be able to enrol customers and attract new reps. The MapleLeaf Training room will be available for this and a calendar will inform you of the dates and times that training will be available. After each training session, the newly trained IR will go to a designated web page and enter their name, ID number and a password that will be given during the training session. Completing the training will qualify you to sign up customers and new IRs as well as to receive the income that you earn from doing so
- All MapleLeaf CA IRs are required to successfully complete the online MapleLeaf CA core training program in order to adhere to all standards and proper representation of the company, its products and its IRs. IRs who have successfully completed the online training session will be entitled to monthly residual income, bonuses, promotions and the permission to gather new customers and IRs. If IRs fail to follow the training procedures, a test may be implemented in the future.
- Failure to complete the training program will result in suspension of income until the required training is completed.
- Ongoing training will be available from time to time as deemed necessary
- Upline IRs are responsible to provide assistance to their downlines to ensure that they are incompliance with MapleLeaf CA ’s guidelines. This can take the form of telephone calls, voicemail, email, online workshops in the conference room or personal meetings. Upline IRs are responsible to motivate and assist new IRs in product knowledge, effective sales techniques, the compensation plan and adherence to the MapleLeaf CA ’s Policies and Procedures.
4.3 Sponsor Support
IRs understand that they are responsible for advising and supporting the IRs they sponsor into the MapleLeaf CA IR program. Sponsoring IRs agree to maintain at least monthly communication with and support for the IRs in their downlines. This may be done by one or more of the following methods: personal contact, telephone communication, written communication, electronic communication, encouragement to go online to the Training Site, the Presentation Site or the Resource centre
MapleLeaf CA Inc strongly advises that assistance to the new IR in reminding them to get their training and assisting them in obtaining their first few customers will aid in their success. They will learn what they experience, and it will add to their success and to yours..
4.4 Territorial Rights
The MapleLeaf CA Business Opportunity is not a franchise business or an employment opportunity. There will be no territorial restrictions on IRs with regard to sales, promotion and sponsoring efforts and each IR shall have the right to conduct business anywhere in Canada that MapleLeaf CA offers its services to consumers, without exclusivity. IRs should be aware that some areas of Canada may be non-equal access areas, and that the borders of our services will continue to expand as the company grows.
